Fluctuations - This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand Dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. Rates do not apply to conferences, conventions or special events for which contracted rates and special terms and conditions are available on request. Reservations Age: You must be 18yrs or over. Payment will be taken in full at the time of booking and Proof of ID will be required on arrival and presentation of credit card. If no credit card available a bond of at least $200 will be necessary. All reservations made through this web site must be accompanied by credit card details. The booking will be charged up to 48 hours prior. Cancellation & Refund PolicySpecial Events, Public Holidays45 days notice of cancellation required for Christmas/New Year holiday period and January school holidays.If a Cancellation is received within 14 days of these periods, 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged.4 weeks notice required for all special event and group bookings2 weeks notice required for all other school holidays and Statutory Holiday bookings48 hours notice required at all other timesShort notice will incur a penalty charge of at least one night or the cost of accommodationPlease note: Special events and promotional room rates/offers a no cancellation policy applies, which means, no refunds or changes permitted. All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing. Refunds will only be made the to the credit card debited for the original transaction.
